Our Aurora Decaf is a medium roast. This comes from the region of Mexico and Peru. 

It has a pleasant earthiness, hints of tobacco, and leather.

Our Decaf is water processed.  Meaning no chemicals were used to remove the caffeine from the beans.  This helps to retain the natural flavor without additives or leaving residue on the beans, making it a cleaner coffee. Let's keep the process less complicated than it needs to be, shall we?
