Our Morning Splendour is our light roast.  This comes from Peru, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. 

Now this one has citrus notes with mild dark chocolaty undertones.
This one is perfect for a little extra caffeinate kick, as it is lightly roasted doesn't lose much of it during the roasting process.

Even our light roast is smooth, I recommend giving it a try before you say, I  must only have dark. Live on the edge and expand your coffee drinking experience.
